The meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Friday, January 31, 2025, to consider unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2024 & declaration of 3
rd Interim Dividend for financial year 2024-25, if any.
The “Record Date” for the purpose of 3rd Interim Dividend, if declared by the Board of Directors of the Company, will be February 6, 2025.
