Dhruv Consultancy has informed to stock exchange that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, February 05, 2025, to consider and approve financial results of the Company for the 3™ Quarter ended December 31, 2024 & to consider the declaration of interim dividend to the equity shareholders.
The interim dividend, if declared, shall be paid to the equity shareholders of the Company whose names appear on the Register of Members of the Company or in the records of the Depositories as beneficial owners of the shares as on Friday, February 14, 2025, which is the Record Date fixed for the purpose.
