Aster DM Healthcare has informed to the exchange that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday, January 31, 2025, inter alia to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2024 & to consider declaration of interim dividend for the financial year 2024-25.
Company has fixed Monday, February 10, 2025 as record date for determining entitlement of the members to the interim dividend for the financial year 2024-25, if any, as may be declared by the Board of Directors at their meeting on Friday, January 31, 2025.
