We are headed by A K Prasad, a legal & IT professional. He has Bachelor’s degree in Commerce & Law from Delhi University, Company Secretaryship from ICSI & a Trademark Attorney. He also possess Digital Marketing and Front End Developer skill.
He in past has worked in various listed and MNC companies at senior level in legal & regulatory field. He has expertise and in depth knowledge of Indian legal system especially in corporate, foreign exchange, IPR, taxation & other laws that are applicable on corporates & MNC in India.
